As a Special Forces Green Beret, I spent decades of my life as an Elite Athlete.  Yet I also made every mistake out there.   I woke up for years with back pain, neck pain, muscle pain.  I had headaches, ringing ears, tired eyes, and even gained weight.  Looking back on it, so much of this was my own fault.   I didn’t apply what I knew and thought I could just “tuff” it out.  Please don’t “tuff” it out.
