The Special Operations Fitness 6000 Push Up Challenge is Simple….
Do 200 Push Ups a Day for 30 Days. This makes 6000 Push Ups.
What makes this a great workout plan is that it doesn’t require special equipment. You simply drop to the ground and do your push ups. If you want to overachieve, you can buy a set of perfect pushups (I will put a hyperink below). These will allow you to do the push ups without putting so much strain on your joints.
