The Ranger Workout Challenge
This Special Operations Fitness Ranger Workout Challenge is named in Honor of the US Army Rangers.
As the world’s premiere infantrymen, Rangers do a lot of walking. Sometimes they literally walk all day long. But we don’t call it walking. When we are on a mission we call it patrolling. And when we are training or exercising, we call it Ruck Marching or rucking. The term rucking is a variation of German word for back pack, which is Ruck Sac. When we are rucking, you simply walking with a ruck sac.
