Having been through some of the hardest military training programs in the world, I get asked a lot of questions from my YouTube and social media network about “how strong do I need to be to make it through Special Operations Training?”
I’ve been asked for help by semi-professional athletes who are feeling “patriotic” – as well as from high school students who can only do 15 push ups.
