Special Operations Fitness 30,000m Swim Challenge
Today I want give you another Special Operations Fitness challenge… and this one is about swimming. I’m going to call it the 30,000 meter swim challenge.
This Special Operations Fitness challenge consist of swimming 1000m a day for 30 days.
It doesn’t really matter where you do it… Or what stroke you use… The goal is to pull yourself through the water 1000m a day for 30 days.
I recommend swimming 1000 m a day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks. But you also could swimming 1000m a day for 30 days straight.
