I take privacy and security very seriously. Throughout my military career, my work in cybersecurity and privacy, and my personal life, I have always believed that trust matters.
Just as I would never record, share, distribute, publish, or misuse information from our coaching session, I ask that you extend the same courtesy and professionalism to me.
Our conversation is intended to be a private discussion between you and me. To protect both your privacy and mine, you may not record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, distribute, publish, reproduce, or share any portion of the coaching session without my prior written permission.
This includes audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, photographs, social media posts, podcasts, blog posts, AI training datasets, and any other form of public or private distribution.
By purchasing and participating in this coaching service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of any portion of the session may constitute a violation of the terms of service, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other applicable laws. Such actions may result in the cancellation of future coaching services and may subject the responsible party to legal remedies available under applicable law.
My goal is to create an environment where both of us can speak openly, honestly, and confidently. Thank you for helping protect the privacy, security, and integrity of our conversation.
